Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Strategy and M&A consulting team. As an Analyst, you will work closely with a global team of consultants and Fortune 100 clients to understand their vision and help them devise inorganic and growth strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with global clients across various industries such as Automotive, TMT, Industrials, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Private Equity, and more.
  • Synthesizing key takeaways by structuring ambiguous problems, consolidating information sources, analyzing complex qualitative and quantitative data, presenting interpretations to the project team, and providing recommendations to global clientele.
  • Developing corporate/business unit, M&A, and market entry strategies. Conducting commercial due diligence, business wargaming, and screening M&A targets.
  • Communicating effectively with senior leadership and clients by playing an active role in firm-building initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A keen interest in building a career in Strategy and M&A Consulting.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills (fluent in PowerPoint and Excel). Ability to conduct thorough market research on S&P CapIQ, IBISWorld, Merger Markets, Bloomberg, and other platforms.
  • Ability to break down and solve ambiguous problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
  • An enterprising and collaborative professional with ability to work in a team.
  • Exposure in international client geographies (North America/Western Europe/Asia-Pacific & Japan) will be considered favorably.
  • Prior work experience of 1-2 years in strategy houses/big 4/boutique consulting/corporate strategy/corporate development background is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree from premier institutes globally or India.

  • A sound understanding of business strategy, finance, and cross-industry exposure.
  • Ability to interact with confidence and handle CEOs/CXOs/client executives independently.
  • Exemplary communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • A strategic mindset, hustler, fast learner, and go-getter.
