Senior Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the implementation of a comprehensive master plan for packaging hall and departmental level.
- Set objectives and priorities, lead change management processes, and maintain alignment between supply chain departments.
- Lead departments in implementing MMS practices to meet broad plans and support development of teams through ManEx practices.
Management Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate leadership to develop team capabilities.
- Ensure effective training programs by aligning site/line management.
- Coordinate Total Training (TOT) and evaluation programs to maintain consistency and alignment with Diageo Capability program.
Performance Improvement:
- Provide expert loss and waste leadership and coaching to operational teams.
- Participate in improvement projects using DMAIC methodology and develop specific manufacturing performance improvement initiatives.
- Engage in Daily Operational Review meetings to provide expert analysis of performance opportunities.
Communication and Teamwork:
- Implement regular communications to drive engagement and momentum of the ManEx journey.
- Support task forces and shift-based teams in their deployment of ManEx.
- Establish a schedule for the site leadership team to support and lead ManEx deployment.
