Job Overview: System Software Developer Needed for Linux Platforms

DSPWorks seeks an experienced software engineer with strong system software development skills, particularly on Linux platforms. Daily tasks include coding, debugging, and implementing software solutions in a Linux environment.

Responsibilities:\

  • Coding, debugging, and testing of system software on Linux platforms.\
  • Implementing software solutions to meet customer requirements.\
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.\
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base.\
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.\
  • Providing support and maintenance for existing software applications.\
  • Contributing to the design and development of new software features and products.\
  • Identifying areas for process improvements and implementing changes as needed.\
  • Ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting project timelines.\
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
\
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.\Strong programming skills with C/C++.\Working experience on Linux (2+ years minimum).\Experience with embedded development would be an advantage.\Understanding of bash scripts, python.\Knowledge of hardware integration and firmware development.\Excellent communication and teamwork skills.\Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.\Passionate about technology and staying current with industry developments.
