About Royal Enfield:
Royal Enfield is a leading manufacturer of motorcycles, and we are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and implementing security systems within our IT landscape.
About the Job:
This role will focus on implementing Zero Trust Framework across our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in information security and/or IT risk management, with a strong focus on security, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate the current cyber security roadmap and make necessary changes.
- Evaluate, compare, finalize, and implement tools, technologies, and processes aligned with Zero Trust framework.
- Assess and enhance Network Admission Control, Privileged Access Management, Identity & Access Management, cloud security controls, and Operational Technology security.
- Evaluate SIEM tools and managed SOC offerings available in the market, preparing a comparative analysis for decision-making.
- Achieve ISO 27001 certification by assessing current policies and procedures, conducting gap assessments, revising policies, and performing internal audits.
- Manage Cyber Security Operations by analyzing architecture before new platforms are introduced, monitoring and reporting on the health of Cyber Security, and ensuring adherence to security policies and checklists.
- Deploy Endpoint protection and endpoint detection & remediation, updating prevention policies regularly, application whitelisting/blacklisting, vulnerability monitoring, and patching all endpoints and servers.
- Define and document security Incident management process and ensure adherence to it.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 8-12 years of experience in information security and/or IT risk management, preferably with manufacturing experience.
- Technical knowledge of Perimeter Firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet), NAC (Cisco ISE, Forescout), EDR (Sentinel, CrowdStrike), WAF (Akamai, Others), SASE, CASB, CSPM, Cloud Security, PAM (CyberArk, Arcos).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as business acumen and a commercial outlook.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders.
