Capital Raising Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing funding strategies to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans to meet business funding requirements.
  • Negotiate with financial institutions, investors, and lenders to secure debt and equity funding.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of funding strategies.
  • Evaluate funding proposals and assess their financial viability.
  • Present progress updates and funding reports to senior management teams.
  • Monitor fund utilization and ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in capital raising, funding management or corporate finance.
  • Strong network with financial institutions, investors, and lenders.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, funding processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to secure and manage large funding deals.
  • MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
