Procurement Manager

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled procurement manager to lead our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling procurement processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle Procure to Pay conversions, fixed asset creation and capitalization, supplier re-certification, contract drafting, and system updates
  2. Contribute to key performance metrics of the team, e.g. SLA, Quality & Efficiency
  3. Collaborate with category managers, accounts payable, vendor risk management office, corporate ethics & compliance teams, information security & privacy, and contingent workforce program team
  4. Review legal clauses and handle customer issues along the contract execution path
  5. Document business processes, build and maintain desktop procedures (DTPs)
  6. Analyze data and act on buyer-related activities
  7. Produce weekly/monthly reports for the team and represent the team in internal forums
  8. Manage customer relationships effectively: Resolve user queries on time and with accuracy, raise awareness of common pitfalls, conduct periodic reviews with key partners
  9. Implement special projects and drive continuous improvements
  10. Provide clarity and support to internal stakeholders on procurement policies and standard methodologies
  11. Deliver various projects aimed at achieving operational excellence and scalability
