Cyber Security Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Consultant to join our team at Stefanini North America and APAC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CyberArk Privilege Cloud and incident response, with a proven track record of managing implementations and configurations, responding to security incidents, and developing and maintaining incident response plans and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CyberArk Implementations and Configurations:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain CyberArk Privilege Cloud solutions.
- Ensure secure management of privileged accounts and access.
- Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest CyberArk features and security patches.
- Respond to and Resolve Security Incidents:
- Act as a primary responder to security incidents and breaches.
- Perform thorough analysis and investigation of security events.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to contain and remediate threats.
- Document incidents and provide detailed reports on findings and actions taken.
- Develop and Maintain Incident Response Plans and Procedures:
- Create comprehensive incident response strategies and protocols.
- Regularly review and update plans to reflect evolving threat landscapes.
- Conduct training sessions and simulations to prepare teams for potential incidents.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive Knowledge of CyberArk Solutions:
- Proven experience with CyberArk Privilege Cloud implementations and management.
- Strong understanding of privileged access management (PAM) concepts and best practices.
- Familiarity with CyberArk components such as Vault, PAS, and related modules.
- Experience in Incident Response and Handling:
- Demonstrated expertise in responding to and resolving complex security incidents.
- Knowledge of common attack vectors, threat actors, and mitigation techniques.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Strong Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills:
- Excellent analytical skills to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
- Effective at prioritizing tasks and managing time in high-pressure situations.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CyberArk Defender, CyberArk Sentry, CISSP, or CISM are preferred.

- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with other security tools and technologies.
- Understanding of network security, authentication mechanisms, and encryption.
- Communication Skills:
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience in writing detailed reports and documentation.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve security objectives.
