We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join our team

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Payroll Analyst who can perform daily payroll activities, ensure timely and accurate payrolls, and respond to payroll enquiries.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform daily payroll activities, including data collation, generating reports, and follow-ups.
  2. Research and resolve basic payroll and tax withholding issues.
  3. Work closely with other teams to ensure that information received from Business, HR, and finance teams is loaded and captured correctly in payroll systems.
  4. Review and reconcile interface reports from Workday.
  5. Work with vendors to ensure accurate payroll delivery.

Requirements:

  • A degree from a recognized university with 4-6 years of relevant experience in Singapore payroll operations.
  • Good understanding of statutory labor laws and knowledge of SAP and Workday or any HRIS system.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work with minimal supervision.
