Role Overview

We seek a talented Cloud Engineer to streamline our end-to-end release management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce tools.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and implement Salesforce DevOps pipelines (CI/CD)
  • Work extensively with Git-based version control (branching, merging, pull requests)
  • Automate deployments across multiple Salesforce orgs (sandbox to production)
  • Collaborate with developers and admins for smooth release cycles
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline performance
  • Implement DevOps best practices for scalability, governance, and security

Requirements

A strong portfolio showcasing hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar)

Deep knowledge of Git workflows and repository management

Experience in CI/CD pipeline setup and management (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps)

Familiarity with Salesforce Metadata, SFDX, and change sets

Good understanding of cloud platforms and Linux-based environments

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Bonus: Salesforce/DevOps-related certifications
