EH&S Business Analyst Role

This is a key role within our organization that requires strong knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) processes and IT systems.

The successful candidate will serve as the single point of contact between the EH&S business function and IT, managing EH&S-related IT projects end-to-end from requirements gathering to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management, with strong knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as Service Manager for EH&S applications and platforms, ensuring stability, compliance, and usability.
  • Oversee incident, request, and release management activities for EH&S applications.
  • Collaborate with global process owners to ensure alignment of local needs with global standards.
  • Coordinate enhancements, upgrades, and integrations of EH&S solutions within the enterprise landscape.
  • Monitor service performance and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Provide governance and compliance oversight to ensure EH&S applications meet regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10-15 years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management.
  • Strong knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems (SAP EH&S, Enablon, or similar platforms).
  • Experience in project management (end-to-end IT project lifecycle).
  • Good understanding of ITIL practices (incident, change, release, and problem management).
  • Hands-on experience with service and vendor management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to bridge IT and business functions.
  • Experience working in global environments with multiple business units and process owners.
Preferred:
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA EH&S or related modules.
  • ITIL, PMP, or BA certifications.
  • Experience in integration of EH&S tools with ERP and reporting platforms.
