As the leader of an engineering team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of work by developing innovative features and capabilities for a cutting-edge digital work platform.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills, with experience in software development, architecture, and team management. They will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, enterprise-grade software, as well as championing engineering excellence through continuous improvement in architecture, processes, and team practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a high-performing engineering team to achieve strategic goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and enforce best practices in software development and architecture.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Track and analyze team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent.
Requirements:
  • Deep hands-on experience in software development, preferably with C#.Net, SQL Server/Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong architectural and design skills for scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring.
  • Experience leading teams through the full software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices, including hands-on CI/CD pipeline management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • .Net core, .net standard, asp.net
  • Experience managing large-scale production deployments.
  • Hands-on using Kafka, micro-services, and other cloud design patterns.
  • Hands-on RESTful API design, including API versioning, backwards compatibility, authentication, and rate limiting.
