Job Title: Maintenance Manager

The Role: As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and reliable operation of all plant utilities, mechanical and electrical systems, and equipment across our pharmaceutical facility. Our team requires an experienced professional to ensure that all maintenance activities comply with GMP, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, utility, and process equipment.
  2. Maintain and upkeep critical utilities, including boilers, chillers, DG sets, and water purification systems.
  3. Lead the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and systems.
  4. Manage HT/LT electrical systems, mechanical utilities, and process equipment.
  5. Coordinate project schedules, equipment FAT, drawings, BOQs, and vendor documentation.
  6. Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  7. Prepare and review maintenance documentation, progress reports, SOPs, and ensure timely invoice processing.
  8. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional departments to support project execution and plant operations.
  9. Implement and improve maintenance best practices, cost control, and reliability strategies.

Skills and Knowledge:

  1. Root Cause Analysis: Analyze and resolve underlying issues in equipment failures and system inefficiencies.
  2. CMMS Proficiency: Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for tracking, planning, and optimizing maintenance activities.
  3. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate technical documentation, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance records.
  4. Energy Management Awareness: Understand energy-efficient practices and optimize utility consumption.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where precision, compliance, and innovation intersect.
