About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday finance professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for finance and experience working with Workday. They will be responsible for performing configurations, coaching new employees, and meeting with clients to understand their needs.

  • Articulate business problems and develop recommendations to influence stakeholders.
  • Adapt communication style to meet client needs.
  • Obtain product certification to guide clients through best approaches.
  • Use product knowledge to develop solution designs that help customers achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver defined scope of work, identify risks and issues, plan workload.
  • Communicate regularly with project manager about configuration changes, schedule, and status.
  • Assist peers by reviewing deliverables.
  • Execute unit test cases to verify changes done as part of requirements.
  • Debug and resolve issues encountered during testing.
  • Document changes precisely for customer benefit.
  • Adhere to project and support processes as defined by project manager.
  • Help clients grow knowledge and skills to manage own solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Master's degree in related areas is an advantage.
  • Certified in Workday platform is preferred.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.
  • Be adaptable and flexible, working extended hours to meet deadlines should not be a concern.
  • Should have learning agility to pick up and work on new domains as required by business.
  • Need to understand software process lifecycle.
