Our organization seeks a seasoned marketer to spearhead our demand engine strategy.

This is a leadership role with real impact, driving growth through informed decision making.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams and orchestrate traffic to high-intent entry points, fix friction with product/operations, and systematically test placements and copy.

The right individual will have e-commerce experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage large programs.

Key performance indicators include orders, revenue, conversion rates, repeat customers, average order value, cohort retention, incremental lift, promo return on investment/payback, opt-out rates, fill rates, confirmation service level agreements, and recovery orders.

  • Merchandising: Control home/category/search/cart placements and ranking rules/slots in partnership with Product. Build seasonal, regional, and cohort playbooks.
  • Conversion: Orchestrate traffic to high-intent entry points; fix friction with Product/Ops so demand actually lands.
  • Cohorts: Identify first-order heroes and repeat drivers; design nudges to keep cohorts healthy.
  • Experiments: Systematically test placements, copy, and triggers with holdouts; scale only what clears return on investment.
  • Offers: Run cart thresholds, bundles, trials/sampling and recovery plays within guardrails; influence assortment/pricing via market intelligence.
  • Growth Strategy: Weekly cadence—diagnose → opportunity size → test → readout → scale. Clean dashboards that make decisions obvious.
