EHS Specialist Role Overview

Our company is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to join our team. As an EHS Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine, implement, and monitor WERCS to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge in regulatory and risk management assessment for compliance to applicable regulations, including GHS, DG, TSCA, OSHA, EPA, EU REACH, ECHA, etc.
  • Lead as a technical representative and assist stakeholders and business owners to meet business objectives and overall compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of WERCS initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Support maintenance of various databases, including clients internal database, clients website, Customs, and the external WERCS portal for product registration.
  • Maintain Pharmaceutical industry experience and be familiar with SDLC under GxP regulation.
