About the Role

You'll work collaboratively to ensure compliance, reduce environmental impact, and drive innovation in sustainability practices. Your role will be both strategic and hands-on, offering a chance to develop comprehensive sustainability initiatives that support long-term environmental goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability initiatives that align with corporate values and global environmental standards.
  • Analyse and report environmental performance data, including carbon emissions, energy usage, and waste management.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to promote sustainable practices.
  • Conduct environmental risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by researching new technologies, materials, and methods that can enhance sustainability performance.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications in ESG or sustainability reporting are advantageous.
  • 3–5 years of experience in environmental compliance, sustainability program management, or ESG reporting within a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in sustainability frameworks such as GRI, CDP, SASB, or ISO 14001.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and engaging way.
