Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Technology Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of manufacturing by driving innovation and technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for manufacturing technology systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex scientific and technological needs into actionable requirements.
  • Function as a Product Owner for Manufacturing Systems within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) product team.
  • Manage a suite of custom internal platforms, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software, and systems integrations.
Requirements:
  • Doctorate degree or equivalent experience in Life Science/Biotechnology/Pharmacology/Information Systems.
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting manufacturing systems, including MES, Data Historians, and Process Automation Systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture and hybrid environments.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, systems, data, and integrations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with stakeholder management, team leadership, and Agile methodology.
  • Familiarity with databases, analytics platforms, and programming languages like SQL and Python.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex challenges.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly in a cross-functional team.
