The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in network automation, AI/ML-driven operations, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native solutions. They should also have a demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and navigate complex global organizations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Defining Vision & Strategy: Develop and implement Infinite's global Autonomous Networks strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth and industry trends.
  • Driving Transformation: Lead large-scale delivery programs with CSPs and OEMs, delivering measurable business impact through advanced automation and AI/ML solutions.
  • Innovating & Differentiating: Champion next-generation solutions in orchestration, self-healing networks, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Engaging at the Highest Levels: Represent Infinite in global industry bodies, executive forums, and customer boardroom discussions, shaping industry perspectives on autonomous networks.
  • Building World-Class Teams: Attract, mentor, and empower high-performing technical and delivery teams across geographies. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
