About the Role
The Senior Manager - People Experience will play a critical role in supporting the India Commercial business by developing and implementing people and talent plans that drive business goals. This position will report to the India People Experience Lead and provide strategic and operational support to leaders in developing and embedding a strong mid to long-term people plan.
Key Responsibilities
Co-create people and talent strategy with senior leaders in Commercial and key Enabling functions to drive business and functional strategy and operationsProvide strategic and operational support for business and functional structures, restructuring, change management, acquisitions, and divestmentsSupport leaders to build strong teams through coaching and enabling managers, robust performance management guidelines, building capability and effectiveness, and leveraging analytics in decision-makingSupport a strong compliance culture by providing necessary inputs to leaders, managers, and colleagues, actively participating in and driving compliance investigationsE nsure alignment of all strategic and operational elements to global policies and governance processes of shared services and operationsRequirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Strong business acumen and functional knowledge to create and deliver people strategy elementsExpertise in core HR competencies with a focus on talent management, business partnering, employee engagement, and ER/IR skillsDemonstrated ability to drive HR and talent processes and deliver high-quality support and services in a dynamic, fast-paced, matrixed environmentExcellent inter-personal skills geared towards influencing and negotiating with internal and external stakeholdersQualifications
This role requires a full-time post-graduate degree in Human Resources and 10 years of experience as an HR and CoE Partner. You should have demonstrated ability to partner and work with senior leadership team members.
