Job Title: Organization Development & OKR Consulting Intern

About the Role:
Atlas Learning is offering a unique opportunity for a highly motivated MBA aspirant or recent graduate to gain hands-on consulting experience in OKRs, leadership development, and organization transformation. This internship is designed for individuals interested in strategic planning, performance management, and leadership coaching. The selected intern will work closely with senior consultants, business leaders, and high-impact organizations, assisting in OKR implementation, organizational performance assessments, and change management initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to experience real-world consulting, work on organization-wide goal-setting and alignment, and contribute to projects that drive tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in assessing organizational OKR needs and evaluating current performance standards.

Work with senior consultants to implement OKRs and embed them into an organization's culture.

Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making on organizational performance and change.

Help manage OKR-related communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.

Support project coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks related to OKR initiatives.

Participate in leadership coaching, organization development exercises, and transformation projects.

Adaptability & Quick Learning: Interest in HR, organizational development, and leadership coaching, with the ability to grasp concepts quickly.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic project management tools.

A keen interest in consulting, goal-setting methodologies (OKRs), and business transformation.

Internship Details:

Duration: 45 to 60 days

Location: Mumbai (Mira Road East) – primarily on-site, with a few work from home days.

Work Schedule: 6 days a week, one Saturday off, minimum 5-hour commitment per day

Stipend: Negotiable (excluding travel; company/client covers travel for work-related assignments)

Preferred Qualification:

MBA aspirant or recent graduate (Preference for IIM Ranchi candidates)

Background in HR, Business Strategy, Organizational Development, or Consulting is a plus

Selection Process:

3. Short Interview – Selected candidates will be invited for a brief interview.

Joining Date: Third week of March 2025.
