**Job Title:** Admissions Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

As an Admissions Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve admission targets for your assigned region. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other key influencers in the education sector.

You will conduct regular school visits, presentations, and workshops to promote our institution's programs. Additionally, you will organize and conduct admission drives, open houses, and other promotional events.

Counseling Prospective Students:

  • Counsel prospective students and their parents on academic programs, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.
  • Provide guidance on choosing the right program and institution.

Team Management (If Applicable):

  • Lead and mentor a team of admission counselors, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure individual and team targets are met.

Marketing and Data Management:

  • Plan and execute a mix of Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, conversion rates, and overall admission performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on admission progress and provide insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven success in sales and marketing within the education sector, with a strong focus on student admissions.
  • Extensive experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other key stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful ATL & BTL marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills (if applicable).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
