Location: Rohini West, Delhi (Walkable distance from Metro)

CTC: Up to 4-4.8 LPA +Incentives

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 06 Months – 3 years in a sales role 
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Communication: Fluency in English, with exceptional verbal and written skills.
  • Sales Savvy: Familiarity with the sales cycle, customer engagement strategies, and CRM tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities 

Proactively reach out to prospective students, working professionals or leads via phone and convert query into admissions.

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective have expressed interest in our programs or have inquired about admissions information.

Engage with prospective students to understand their educational background, career goals, and motivations for pursuing further education.

Meet or exceed admissions targets by effectively communicating the benefits of courses and persuading prospective students to enroll in professional courses UG and PG.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective students through ongoing communication and follow-up to nurture leads and facilitate enrollment.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospective student interactions, and enrollment data using the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective students through active listening and empathy.
