Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

- Hands-on experience with C# .Net development and experience working in an enterprise environment
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high-performance results
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
