Cloud Security Sales Representative

 

 

  • The Cloud Security Sales Representative will be responsible for selling cloud security solutions to potential clients.

 

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud services (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and the broader technology landscape.

 

The successful candidate will have:

 

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the cloud technology sector.

 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • The Cybersecurity Evangelism role involves educating and inspiring potential clients about the advantages of security solutions.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:

 

  • 1. Sales and Business Development:

 

  • - Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and email campaigns.

 

  • - Develop a deep understanding of cloud products and services to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.

 

  • - Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies for cloud solutions.

 

  • 2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

 

  • - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

 

  • - Understand client needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.

 

  • - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.

 

  • 3. Market Research and Analysis:

 

  • - Stay abreast of market trends in cloud & Security technology and competitor strategies.

 

  • - Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and product improvements.

 

  • 4. Sales Targets and Performance Tracking:

 

  • - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 

  • - Track key sales metrics and report performance to management.

 

  • 5. Cybersecurity Evangelism:

 

  • - Act as a Cybersecurity evangelist, educating and inspiring potential clients about the advantages of security solutions.

 

  • - Participate in industry events, webinars, and workshops as a representative of the company.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

 

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
