As an Export Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in streamlining the export process. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate shipments with sales teams, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating shipments with sales teams based on customer requirements
  • Monitoring daily stock levels and releasing invoicing plans accordingly
  • Preparing pre-export and post-export documents
  • Facilitating communication between manufacturing sites and logistics providers
  • Negotiating freight rates with transportation companies
  • Ensuring smooth sailing of exports through coordination with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs brokers
  • Notifying customers about shipment updates
  • Verifying post-shipment documents and submitting them to financial institutions within stipulated deadlines
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Managing audit-related queries
  • Proficient in handling both LCL and FCL shipments
  • Familiarity with letter of credit documents and LC clauses
  • Skilled in working with ERP systems such as TCS ION/SAP HANA
  • Preparing certificates of origin, insurance certificates, and bank realization certificates
  • Liaising with shipping companies and customs brokers
  • Generating management information reports
  • Closing open transactions in IDPMS and EDPMS

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in export coordination at an executive level
  • Excellent communication skills
