At BSRI Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent data wrangling skills, with the ability to query, join, manipulate data, and create data models. They will also have experience analyzing business and marketing program performance, including response, sales, incremental sales, net profit, and customer profiling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business and marketing program performance using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, and Tableau.
  • Develop and support Business Performance Metrics and Reporting (BPR) to help drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and discuss findings.
  • Present findings to clients and in team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, GCP, Big Query, and Microsoft Office.
  • Good knowledge of dashboards and visualizations tools.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in sales, business, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to develop and support Business Performance Metrics and Reporting (BPR).
