As a Territory Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our division. Your key responsibilities will include:
Area Business Planning- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly business strategies to drive overall sales growth.
- Create and implement trade activation plans that meet our sales targets.
- Analyze actual sales performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Conduct regular prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain customer lists of specified doctors and chemists for therapy/product requirements.
- Identify potential towns and appoint distributors and customers that align with our business philosophy.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets by promoting our products ethically to customers and building strong relationships.
- Engage in science-based discussions with doctors and chemists to promote products in clinics and at retail outlets, highlighting their benefits and value.
- Organize camps (CMEs) to educate customers about our products and services, and provide feedback to the company on customer needs.
- Plan and conduct merchandising and sampling activities that meet our division's strategy and objectives.
- Facilitate successful new product launches by identifying and targeting customers, conducting effective promotions, and providing feedback to the company.
- Execute customer management plans to ensure all customers are covered and meet minimum KPIs, driving loyalty and retention.
- Ensure visibility of Abbott brands on retailers' outlets as part of our brand promotion strategy.
- Plan and attend retail meets, market blitzes, and other events to drive sales growth and build brand awareness.
