Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth operation of wireless, routing, and switching infrastructure across various offices and data centers.
  • Maintain enterprise network infrastructure and its performance through appropriate technical troubleshooting as needed.
  • Liaise with vendors, support teams, and collaborate with peers to identify and resolve multi-platform and multi-vendor issues.
  • Supervise network infrastructure changes, patch deployment, version upgrades, and fixes to meet vulnerability and change management requirements.

As a prospective candidate, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in network infrastructure operations.
  • Experience in managing and supervising network support teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of network routing, switching, wireless, and security concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco routing, switching, and wireless hardware platforms.
  • Conceptual understanding of enterprise firewall configuration and QoS traffic shaping.
  • In-depth knowledge of network monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
  • Additional Cisco certifications are highly desirable.

With 8+ years of overall experience in enterprise/corporate networks, particularly in large/complex environments, you will be well-positioned to take on this challenging role and contribute to our organization's continued success.
