Job Title: Lead Corporate Security Analyst

As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our cloud-based systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor junior security analysts to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring the highest levels of availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with security team members to conduct complex technical security assessments and drive the development of next-generation security solutions.
  • Drive the implementation of security best practices and standards across the organization.
A Day in the Life:
  • Lead the resolution of complex security challenges, leveraging innovative solutions to drive results.
  • Perform vendor, system, and application security assessments, with a focus on risk management and mitigation.
  • Improve security posture through the effective use of monitoring and automation scripting.
  • Develop and implement security governance and processes to ensure compliance and risk reduction.
  • Manage and remediate internal vulnerability management, working closely with IT Ops and Security Risk.
  • Investigate, engineer, deploy, troubleshoot, and support technologies to address cyber threats and incident response.
What Success Looks Like in this Role:
  • Collaborate effectively with teams to drive consensus and influence decision-making.
  • Apply an engineering mindset, incorporating data-driven insights into decision-making.
  • Adapt to changing situations and expectations, demonstrating the ability to make rational solutions.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in cloud engineering or cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of securing Amazon Web Services and/or cloud SAAS products.
  • Ability to script/program using development languages (e.g., Python, Ruby).
  • Experience using MacOS systems.
  • Experience/Knowledge in endpoint and perimeter security.
  • Leadership experience in managing a team of security professionals.
