Senior UAT Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced test leader to oversee the user acceptance testing efforts for our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning and executing comprehensive test cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and facilitating stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • UAT Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute test plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Ensure coverage of critical e-commerce flows, including product search, cart, checkout, payment, and returns.
  • Test Case Management: Oversee the creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements. Collaborate with development and QA teams for resolution.
  • Defect Management: Track, analyze, and escalate defects. Facilitate collaboration between development, QA, and stakeholders for timely resolution.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate UAT sign-off and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the process.
  • Environment & Data Setup: Ensure that the UAT environment mirrors production, managing test data preparation and validation.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain documentation of test results, issues, and resolutions while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and SOX approvals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, customer journeys, and payment gateways.
  • Hands-on experience with Magento, with in-depth knowledge of functional flows and admin flows.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • ISTQB, PMP, or similar certifications preferred.
