Job Role Overview

As a core member of our IT infrastructure team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless Active Directory operations globally. Your responsibilities will include providing advanced-level support for AD servers, managing AD availability, and conducting proactive health checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day administration duties encompassing Windows Active Directory Object Maintenance
  • Conduct complex troubleshooting and repair tasks on Active Directory Windows servers, domain controllers, AD DNS, virtual servers hosted on Windows Hyper-V
  • Active Directory infrastructure monitoring and maintenance tasks
  • Execute pro-active infrastructure health checks periodically
  • Design and support highly complex enterprise-level Active Directory services in hybrid on-premises and cloud-hosted environments
  • Coordinate Azure AD operational activities with engineering teams
  • Manage enterprise identity cloud directories, including Microsoft Azure AD
  • Configure Active Directory Synchronization (DirSync), AAD Connect, and design custom sync rules as per organizational requirements

Required skills include 7-9 years of experience in Windows Administration, MCSE certification, Azure AD connect, SQL knowledge, and expertise in complex troubleshooting and repair tasks on Active Directory Windows servers. Foundational skills comprise Windows Active Directory Infrastructure Maintenance, Azure AD connect, Domain controllers, DNS, User authentication, and other operational systems.
