Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned AI architect to lead the development and deployment of large-scale AI solutions.

  • Responsibilities

  • Architect end-to-end AI systems leveraging large language models and generative AI technologies, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives.

  • Design scalable, production-ready AI applications that meet performance requirements and drive business growth.

  • Evaluate and integrate LLM APIs from leading providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini, to ensure optimal model performance.

  • Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model selection, and AI system optimization to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Fine-tune open-source models (Llama, Mistral, etc.) for specific business use cases, adapting to changing market demands.

  • Optimize model performance, latency, and cost for production environments, ensuring high-quality results at scale.

  • Stay current with the latest model architectures and fine-tuning techniques, driving innovation and excellence in AI solutions.

  • Deploy and manage AI models at enterprise scale using containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes), ensuring robust and efficient operations.

  • Build robust, scalable APIs using FastAPI and similar frameworks, facilitating seamless data exchange and integration.

  • Design and implement MLOps pipelines for model versioning, monitoring, and continuous deployment, ensuring smooth workflow and optimized results.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into technical requirements, driving effective solution implementation.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering knowledge sharing and expertise development.

  • Conduct feasibility assessments and technical due diligence for AI initiatives, ensuring informed decision-making and strategic alignment.

  • Create technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and implementation roadmaps, facilitating clear communication and streamlined project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale ML solutions.

  • Technical Skills

  • Expert-level proficiency with LLM APIs, including OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini, as well as hands-on experience fine-tuning transformer models (Llama, Mistral, etc.).

  • Strong proficiency in FastAPI, Docker, and Kubernetes, with experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their AI/ML services.

  • Proficiency in Python and modern software development practices, with experience working with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers).

  • Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and modern NLP techniques, with experience with MLOps tools and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Vector Databases

  • Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, as well as knowledge of distributed training and model parallelization techniques.

  • Familiarity with AI safety, alignment, and responsible AI practices, as well as experience in specific domains (finance, healthcare, legal, etc.).
