You will be responsible for leading the interior design process from initial concept to final execution, shaping the vision of our projects.

The Role

  • Drive Design: Lead the interior design process, translating client needs into compelling, functional spaces.
  • Develop Schemes: Create comprehensive design schemes, including expert space planning, mood boards, material selection, and FF&E specifications.
  • Presentation: Create detailed 2D construction drawings, stunning 3D models, and photorealistic renderings to present your vision to clients and stakeholders.
  • Integration: Work with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and project managers to ensure perfect integration of design and technical requirements.
  • Client Relationships: Act as the primary design contact for clients, presenting ideas, gathering feedback, and ensuring their objectives are met with excellence.

What You Bring

  • Professional Expertise: You have 5-7 years of professional interior design experience, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and complex projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: You possess expert proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software (like SketchUp, 3ds Max), and rendering engines (like V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion).
  • Creative Strategy: You have exceptional skills in space planning, a deep understanding of building codes, and a strong knowledge of materials and industry trends.
  • Effective Communication: You excel at presenting your ideas clearly and collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
