Job Title: Infrastructure Network Specialist

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust network solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to resolve link-related issues and ensure seamless connectivity.
  • Monitor and respond to network incidents proactively, ensuring clear escalation procedures and communication channels are in place.
  • Deliver regular reports on network performance, including bandwidth utilization, latency, uptime, and availability metrics, providing actionable insights for network optimization.
SD WAN Expertise:
  • Manage private links to ensure high-performance WAN connections between remote sites with redundancy and failover solutions.
  • Optimize SD-WAN solutions for dynamic routing and bandwidth management across regions.
  • Minimize jitter, latency, and packet loss to ensure an optimal user experience for global collaboration tools.
Branch Network WAN Management:
  • Ensure WAN links connecting all branches have redundancy and high availability for office locations and retail outlets across the country.
  • Provide stable and secure network connections for all branch offices and locations, with real-time monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Perform L2 network troubleshooting, capacity trend identification, patching, and configuration management.
LAN/Wi-Fi Management:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of LAN, including switch configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure Wi-Fi network coverage, security, and performance for both office and remote locations.
  • Provide secure, segregated guest Wi-Fi access with appropriate bandwidth controls.
Audit Participation and Documentation:
  • Participate in all audits requested by the client, filling in required forms and collecting relevant data.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all requested audit materials.
  • Complete all audit questionnaires and related documents as required by the client, ensuring thoroughness and compliance with the scope of the service provided.

Additional responsibilities may include participating in project meetings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
