We are seeking a seasoned Pricing and Growth Strategist to lead our pricing and growth efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing methodologies, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Determine optimal price points for new and existing products using structured experimentation and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the pricing roadmap.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies.
  • Optimize the subscription funnel by identifying and implementing data-backed improvements.
  • Translate research and experimentation results into actionable monetization opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, growth, strategy, or analytics roles in high-growth startups or top-tier consulting/analytics firms.
  • Tier 1 academic background with a degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, or business.
  • Strong understanding of pricing methodologies and packaging strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
