Role Summary:

We're seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead recruitment initiatives. This dynamic role involves end-to-end management of hiring processes, strategic partnership with business leaders, and effective candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned functions – sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, role specifications, and market trends.
  3. BUILD AND MAINTAIN A STRONG CANDIDATE PIPELINE through proactive sourcing and referrals.
  4. Foster candidate engagement through structured communication and touchpoints to minimize drop-offs.
  5. Monitor and report recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source mix, conversion ratios) to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Elevate the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  7. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns.

Requirements:

  1. 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or staffing environments.
  2. Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  3. Exceptional sourcing skills utilizing social media and direct search.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Able to work independently with accountability and deliver results.
