Job Description

This internship provides a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in managing candidate communications, verifying documentation, and ensuring that all candidate interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy.

You will be responsible for resolving issues and enhancing the overall candidate experience. This involves addressing inquiries via email or chat, reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy, educating candidates on the documentation process, and documenting candidate interactions and feedback.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is also required to address candidate needs and enhance the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a candidate champion, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat.
  • Review candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, communicating clearly if additional information is required.
  • Educate candidates on the documentation process, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand the requirements.
  • Document candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the overall experience.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
