**Job Description:**

  • Identify and rectify issues related to AC refrigeration Systems onboard ships.
  • Overhaul semi-hermetic screw compressors of make Sabroe, Bitzer, Unisab, Siemens, Mitsubishi.
  • Rectify defects in AC refrigeration control systems of various makes.
  • Perform breakdown maintenance of AC refrigeration Systems on priority basis as required by customers at ports in India.

**How It Works:**

  • Read manuals/PID/drawings to understand control philosophy and troubleshoot AC Refrigeration Systems.
  • Analyze data from onboard logbooks to identify defects.
  • Prepare service reports after every visit and work completion on board ships.
  • Communicate with customers/subcontractors/office for timely execution.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • BE (Mechatronics/Mechanical) Engineer with 5 to 8 years' experience in servicing AC refrigeration systems in Airconditioning/Refrigeration companies (Land side or Marine).

**Preferred:**

  • Hands-on experience in servicing Air conditioning Refrigeration systems onboard ships.
