India Client Service Representative

Job Summary:

The Client Advisor will play a critical role in supporting the Amplifon clinic in India. This individual contributor will be responsible for maintaining clinic hygiene, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information on clinic services.
  • Maintain clinic hygiene and ensure a clean and safe environment for customers.
  • Refill office supplies and stationery as needed.
  • Manage patient files and registers, including incoming and outgoing couriers.
  • Accountable for all financial transactions in the clinic.
  • Represent Amplifon values and mission in front of customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

The Client Advisor is expected to reach the clinic by 9:00 am to ensure clinic readiness by 9:30 am.
