Lead Architect Position

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary architect to spearhead the end-to-end design process for a wide range of commercial, industrial, and institutional building projects. As our ideal candidate, you will possess a strong background in designing complex multi-domain projects and demonstrate exceptional creative problem-solving skills.

  • The selected individual will be responsible for preparing conceptual designs, working drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, contractors, and consultants to deliver projects within timelines and budgets is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive architectural designs that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to stay ahead in the field.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Architecture (M.Arch) from a recognized institution is mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office is required.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulatory approvals, and construction practices is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills are crucial for success in this role.
