Chief Creative Director

Our marketing design team is seeking an experienced leader to spearhead the creative direction of our lifecycle marketing services. As a senior client-facing designer, you will be responsible for setting quality standards, mentoring a team of designers, and delivering impactful, conversion-focused creative.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in leading creative/design functions, a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in email design, digital banners, ads, and marketing assets, as well as experience managing design teams with a balance of creativity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set quality standards and review processes for design deliverables.
- Oversee and mentor a team of designers to foster creativity and accountability.
- Partner with client strategy and account teams to deliver strategic, impact-driven creative solutions.
- Implement a rigorous quality control process to ensure all deliverables meet performance requirements.
- Manage resources and timelines to ensure profitable operations and client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in agency or client-facing roles leading creative/design functions.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in email design, digital banners, ads, and marketing assets.
- Experience managing design teams with a balance of creativity and operational efficiency.
- Business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and growth targets.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
