Job Overview

As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and optimizing the models that power Arctan's real-time speech AI. You'll work on analyzing, processing, and modeling data to make our systems more intelligent.

  • Develop and fine-tune Speech to Speech machine learning models to achieve higher accuracy.
  • Experiment with innovative data-driven solutions to improve AI performance.
  • Work on feature engineering and dataset preparation to train robust models for real-world applications.
  • Collaborate with the team to evaluate and deploy models into production, ensuring seamless integration.
Key Requirements
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, paired with a passion for lifelong learning.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Data Science and related fields, with a strong foundation in statistics and mathematics.
  • Experience with speech processing or NLP, with a focus on developing effective algorithms.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with leading data science libraries, such as NumPy and Pandas.
  • Understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), with expertise in model training and deployment.
  • Familiarity with working on large datasets and data preprocessing techniques, ensuring high-quality data for model training.
