The ideal candidate will have expertise in fine-tuning large language models, utilizing analytical and English comprehension skills. A deep understanding of medical concepts, similar to that required for medical school or professional practice, is essential.

The successful candidate will be able to break down complex medical cases into simple explanations and work efficiently. This role is perfect for those who want to learn how to leverage AI to improve their career prospects in an AI-first world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve advanced medical problems, including those at the medical school or professional level, and create detailed explanations.
  • Work with medical content, combining text with images, simulations, and visual aids.

Examples of tasks include:

  • Diagnostic Analysis: Review a patient case, analyze symptoms, and propose a diagnosis supported by explanations and relevant imaging.
  • Medical Pathophysiology: Explain disease mechanisms using diagrams, charts, and simulations.
  • Clinical Decision-Making: Solve clinical scenarios involving patient management and explain the chosen course of action.
Requirements:
  • Analytical Skills: Good research and analytical skills are required.
  • Feedback Skills: Ability to provide constructive feedback and annotations is essential.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative and lateral thinking abilities are necessary.
  • Communication: Excellent structured communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting are required.
  • Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Technical Setup: Desktop/Laptop setup with a good internet connection is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • UG (MBBS, BDS), PG (MD/MS/DNB/MDS), or Post PG (DM, MCh) candidates are eligible to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of core medical subjects like anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and clinical medicine is essential.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex medical problems with a structured approach is necessary.
  • Ability to explain medical concepts clearly using simple language and visuals is essential.
