Job Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Conversational AI Tester to join our team of experts in the Healthcare industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take their testing skills to the next level and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge Conversational AI platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Create, execute, and automate complex functional and regression test scenarios to ensure defect-free delivery.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and provide feedback on requirements, technical design, and specifications.
  • Responsible for Test planning including Test Plans, Test Data Requirements, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Results, Test Strategy, and Test Summary reports.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance experience with expertise in creating test plans, test cases, tracking defects, and reporting status.
  • Extensive experience testing Omni Channel (Voice and Chat) Natural language processing (NLP), conversational AI, and cognitive solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation, with experience using tools like Hammer On Demand and/or Hammer Call Master and Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience testing software applications within the Healthcare industry.
