  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.
  • Recruiting and selecting top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Conducting initial screenings and assessments of applicants to ensure they possess the necessary skills and qualifications.
  • Coordinating interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing candidates, and facilitating communication between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Providing exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing insights to improve future recruitment efforts.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all applicants and candidates.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
