Mobile Device Management Specialist
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing mobile devices using Microsoft Intune. This includes configuring, deploying, and maintaining compliance policies, configuration profiles, app protection policies, and conditional access.
Additionally, the role involves managing mobile application deployment, updates, and lifecycle using Intune and Apple Google enterprise tools. The successful candidate will have experience with endpoint management using SCCM and Windows Intune.
The position requires strong understanding of mobile security, compliance frameworks, and conditional access. Experience with Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and Knox Mobile Enrollment is also desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, Deploy, and Manage iOS and Android Devices
- Create and maintain compliance policies, configuration profiles, app protection policies, and conditional access
- Manage Mobile Application Deployment, Updates, and Lifecycle
- Integrate with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise
- Monitor and Troubleshoot Device Enrollment, Policy Application, and User Access Issues
- Support Windows 10 and 11 Device Management Using Intune and SCCM
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and MDM for iOS and Android
- Strong Understanding of Mobile Security, Compliance Frameworks, and Conditional Access
- Experience with SCCM for Windows Device Management and Software Deployment
- Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and Knox Mobile Enrollment
