Job Title: Amazon Advertising Manager

We're seeking a seasoned advertising professional to drive success across our UK & European product portfolios through data-driven strategies and high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted PPC strategies across multiple marketplaces to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct thorough market, competitor, and keyword research to optimize campaigns for improved performance.
  • Create, manage, and analyze ad campaigns for maximum return on investment.
  • Deliver detailed performance reports for internal and client communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-converting ad creatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry policies, beta features, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience managing large/enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of improving ROAS/ACoS, CTRs, and conversions.
  • Strong grasp of advertising metrics, retail readiness, and ranking algorithms.
  • Experience across UK/US and European markets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and bulk operations.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
