Job Title: Lead SQL Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead SQL Developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop logical data models to support application requirements.
  • Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation logic between tables.
  • Collaborate with application developers to ensure efficient data access patterns and scalable database interactions.
  • Aid in scaling and managing the database from an application performance perspective.
  • Monitor and improve query performance, ensuring responsiveness under high load.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for data access and modeling.

Requirements:

  • Prior leadership experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with core SQL Database Design Principles is required.
  • Strong SQL coding skills in Application Development are necessary.
  • Experience with performance tuning of enterprise environments is expected.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Substantial experience with SQL Server is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with data modeling tools and performance tuning techniques is advantageous.
  • Experience in high concurrency and large-scale data access environments is a plus.
