Business Process Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Engineer to join our technology team. This role involves designing and developing intuitive front-end applications and distributed backend microservices.

The ideal candidate will have a shared passion for developing and building cool reusable user interfaces and services.

  • Design and develop Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate flows to streamline business processes.
  • Extend and customize SharePoint Online by building solutions, forms, and workflows integrated with the Power Platform.
  • Architect and manage data models in SharePoint Lists and Dataverse, ensuring scalability, security, and governance.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain automated workflows integrating Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) and third-party systems.
  • Write formulas in Power FX, use JavaScript, and apply Power Automate expressions for dynamic, user-friendly solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance existing apps and workflows for performance and scalability.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in Power FX, JavaScript, JSON, and Power Automate expressions, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
