Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of quality control measures to ensure all project activities comply with established standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance (QA):
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Quality Assurance Plan aligned with company procedures and client expectations.
    • Review and approve Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality procedures submitted by contractors/subcontractors.
    • Ensure materials, equipment, and systems meet project specifications, drawings, and international standards.
    • Conduct internal quality audits and ensure timely closure of Non-Conformance Reports.
    • Provide training and awareness on QA procedures to site engineers and subcontractors.
  • Quality Control (QC):
    • Perform inspections for Electrical & MEP installations including MV/LV systems, Generators, Transformers, HT/LT Panels, UPS, Busducts, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and related works.
    • Witness and verify testing & commissioning activities (FAT, SAT, Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning tests).
    • Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and ITP checklists.
    • Validate calibration of instruments and ensure traceability of measurement tools.
    • Document inspection findings, prepare quality reports, and maintain proper records for audits & client handover.
  • Project Support & Coordination:
    • Collaborate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Consultants to resolve quality-related issues.
    • Support final project handover ensuring all QA/QC documents (as-built drawings, test certificates, inspection records) are complete.
    • Enforce compliance with ISO 9001 and HSE standards during execution.
